Q.   How can I contact you?

A.   We are here to talk to you from 9am-9pm on weekdays & weekends. You can find us on social media (Facebook & Instagram) or by email at contact@style-suite.com - We’d love to hear from you.

Q.   How long can I expect between order and delivery?

A.   Depending on where the item is being shipped from it can take on average between 3-10 working days.

Q.   Will I have to pay Import Taxes & Duties on orders I place with Style-suite.com

A.    If your items are being sent from the UK to within the UK or EU, there will be no Import Tax charged, however there maybe local taxes, depending on the country we are shipping to.  If your items are being sent directly by the designer, who is overseas, for example in the USA, import taxes, duties and fees may be incurred, which you will be charged for directly by Customs & Excise.  For further information please read our information page and contact your local Customs Office for clarification.   

Q.   How much are postage costs within the UK. 

A.    If your order is over £50 we offer Free Delivery within the UK

Q.   What are overseas shipping costs? 

A.    We charge a flat fee of £8.00 for orders to the EU and £10 to all other countries that we ship to.

Q.    How can I return an item?

A.    We believe in the brands and products that we promote, but if you are not happy with your purchase or it doesn't fit please contact us at care@style-suite.com and we will advise you on how to simply and easily return the item.  Refunds will be processed within 48 hours on to the original card or method of original payment, once we have confirmation that the returned item has been received. It may however take a few days longer for your card handler to process this refund, so it may not show on your account right away, we will however send you an email confirming when we have processed this refund from ourselves.
